| We have sold, at this point, hundreds of items to many
satisfied bidders. We strive to be accurate in our descriptions and
additionally provide a picture of the item being sold. Because most of
our items are used and may be many years old, all items are sold "as is"
without a guarantee or warranty. We test most of our systems and in many
cases where there is a "screen"(monitor) the working system will be shown
in the auction photo. If an item is known to be non working or suitable
only for parts, it will be stated in the auction text. We have had very
few problems and an examination of our feedback will support this.
We reserve the right to cancel bids received from bidders with a zero(0) or negative feedback rating, although this is rarely done. In fairness to the ebay community and to discourage bid manipulation, we also reserve the right to cancel all bids on auctions where there is a bid retraction made late in the auction. In a case like this all bids will be canceled and the auction will be started again at the original opening bid. We usually wait until ebay sends the "end of auction notice" before we contact the winning bidder with an address request e-mail or the payment amount and contact information e-mail. Feel free to provide your name address and zip code to us after winning the auction, this will speed the process up because we will then already have that info and can more quickly compute the shipping charges. In most cases small items are shipped by United States Postal Service priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Larger items are usually shipped by United Parcel Service. A $2.00 fee is added for packing, box and gas to the UPS site. Large packages sent by U.S. mail will also be similarly charged.
